ULRC has received Law books from International Law Book Facility

Uganda Law Reform Commission received several law books to facilitate its legal research from the International Law Book Facility (ULBF), a legal charity which distributes law books to public access, justice and educational organisations  throughout the world. To date ILBF has worked in seventeen different countries, ranging from Uganda,Rwanda to Trinidad and Tobago, delivering thousands of books to recipients including universities, legal aid centres, prisons and public libraries. ALRAESA Conference

The Uganda Law Reform Commission hosted the Annual Association of Law Reform Agencies in the Eastern and Southern Africa (ALRAESA), Conference, Annual General Meeting and Executive Committee Meeting at Kabira Country Club in November 2014.

ULRC gets new Chairperson and Commissioner

H.E. The President of Uganda has appointed Mrs.Vastina Rukimirana Nsanze as the chairperson of the Uganda Law Reform Commission effective 11th December 2015. The President has also appointed Ms. Jane Adong Anywar as a Commissioner of the Uganda Law Reform Commission. We conguratulate Mrs. Vastina Rukimirana Nsanze on her apointment and welcome Ms. Jane Adong Anywar to the Commission.
